We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help. This policy applies to all orders shipped to Canada and the United States.

Return Period

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will send you a prepaid FedEx return label and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for customers in Canada and the United States. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse in Quebec, Canada.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

Duties & Import Taxes (United States)

Import duties and taxes paid to the carrier on delivery are not refundable by Course Book Shop

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The item has been used, installed or damaged after delivery
• The original packaging is missing
• The return request is made after the 30-day return period
